💸

Invoices & payments

Send branded invoices, track status, mark paid. Public pay links the client can open from anywhere.

Tasks, notes, calendar

🔒 End-to-end encrypted

A card vault only you can open.

Set a Secret Key (passphrase) once. Navio generates an RSA keypair in your browser, wraps the private key with your passphrase, and only you can ever decrypt the cards your clients submit.

  • RSA-OAEP 2048 + AES-GCM 256 hybrid encryption
  • Private key wrapped client-side with PBKDF2 (250k iters)
  • Server only stores ciphertexts — never your passphrase
  • Client-facing pay links are branded with your agency colors
  • Reveal cards in-browser; auto-clears after 30s

When a client submits a card via your pay link…
1. Their browser fetches your public key
2. They type their card → encrypted in their browser
3. Server stores only the ciphertext
4. You unlock the vault with your passphrase to read it
